Job Brief
- Our client is seeking a hard-working office assistantthat is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files and documents.
- Welcoming visitors to your office.
- Answering phone calls.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Job Requirements
- Must possess an OND certificate.
- 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Having digital marketing skills is an additional advantage.
- Ability to write clearly with Great communication skills.
- Organized and able to meet goals and deadlines
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
