Job Summary
- We are a Fintech company seeking a highly motivated and skilled POS Social Media Marketing Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that promote our Point of Sale (POS) products on social media platforms.
- The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media marketing campaigns for our Point of Sale (POS) products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand’s overall marketing strategy.
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that is aligned with our marketing strategy and reflects industry trends and best practices.
- Create and curate content, including text, images, and videos, that promotes our POS products, drives engagement, and builds brand awareness.
- Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content and monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, track KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and share insights with the marketing team to inform the development of new campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging visual content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- A passion for social media marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) products is a plus.
