Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost estimation and monitoring
• Contractual Management
• Quality Control
• Bill preparation
• Communication: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring budget adherence.

Requirements 

• Minimum of HND or BSc. in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years of core experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A professional certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.

Salary

• N130,000 – N200,000 / month.
