Title: Recovery Officer

Role Description
- This is a full-time role as a Recovery Officer. This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some hybrid work.
- The Recovery Officer will work closely with clients to resolve outstanding debts, provide support and assistance, and maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
Qualifications
- Debt Recovery and Analytical Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge fo skiptracing
- Knowledge of effective strategies for debt recovery of written-off loans
- Experience working in a Fintech, loan recovery role
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
