Job Responsibilities
- Provide necessary support to customers to help meet their needs
- Answer customers’ questions about specific company’s products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Resolve all complaints concerning products for customers
- Stay up-to-date with new products/service
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Requirements and Skills
- BSc / HND certification required.
- 2 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- The Ideal candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good math skills
- Strong communication.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
