Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description
- We seek an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction and interior design supervision.
- The role involves overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, managing project timelines, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with the project manager and design team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc/B.Eng in Building / Construction Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Site Supervision, Building and Construction Management.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications in construction management are advantageous.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
