About the Position

  • We’re seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Telesales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Working as a Telesales Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer related issues and generating sales over the phone by advising potential customers on our products and showcasing how we can serve their needs.
  • For the Telesales Representative position, excellent communication skills are a must. As you’ll be working with potential and returning clients, you have to have great people skills, as well.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls
  • Reach out to potential clients via emails and social media platforms
  • Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
  • Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
  • Upsell products if possible
  • Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
  • Direct calls to other departments as needed
  • Take incoming calls from current customers
  • Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
  • Follow up on calls as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / BSc
  • [2+] years experience as a Telemarketer/Customer Service
  • Superb communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients
  • A goal-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
