1). Maintenance Technician
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to eliminate or reduce equipment downtime in Chicken Republic restaurants as assigned. This involves quickly responding to maintenance issues according to the process manual set by the Restaurant Manager.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
- Oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) for key assets, including generators of 60kva and above.
- Ensure the maintenance of the water treatment plant.
- Maintain and repair pumps.
- Ensure relatively uninterrupted power supply in the depot.
- Manage and repair depot equipment and fittings.
- Rectify electrical faults.
- Plan and coordinate electrical repairs on machines and other equipment.
- Provide information on electrical spare parts.
- Maintain a daily log of department operations and activities.
- Keep records of depot fuel consumption.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain facility operations in the food and beverage factory.
- Establish a preventative maintenance program in both plants and restaurants.
- Manage the fleet of cars and other logistic equipment.
- Oversee operations, including supervision, purchasing, and required engineering tasks.

Job Specifications:
- A minimum of any technical training is required.
- Possession of any technical professional qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

2). Finance Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Process suppliers/vendor invoices for payment.
- Maintain the creditors’ schedule.
- Ensure daily/weekly collection of bank statements and confirmation of cheques.
- Manage all forms of payment methods (internet banking, Remita, interswitch, etc.).
- Organize and file financial documents.
- Detect and eliminate errors in payment requests.
- Confirm all retirements before processing another cash advance for a staff member.
- Ensure the posting of items received by the store into the appropriate Trade Creditor’s account.
- Verify all intercompany transactions across businesses, reviewing and signing off on all such transactions.
- Monthly confirmation that charges on COT (Cost of Transaction) and interest align with the agreed rate.
- Perform any other related duties as needed.
Functional Competencies/Requirements:
- Skill to improve risk management through reduction/transparency of cash balances.
- Banking transaction execution and settlement skills.
- Cash and investment reporting skills.
- Compliance with audit observations regarding the segregation of duties, particularly in back-office functions for recording transactions through a systematic-driven authorization/execution process.

Educational Qualifications/Experience:
