1). Warehouse Supervisor (RPM/Spare) – Stores
Location: Ogun
Job purpose
- Responsible for effective receipt, storage, control and issuance of Engineering, Raw and Packaging Materials required to meet production target.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing layout & space management; effective storekeeping; work organization chart; procedures such as standard operating procedure (SOP) as applicable.
- Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Stores’ over-all operations, maintaining end to end activities with all user departments.
- Ensure issuance of materials by rotating inventory to avoid obsolescence, expiry and loss of company resources.
- Maintain an up to date register and ensure tracker for materials on ‘returnable and non-returnable basis’.
- Ensure prompt documentation of materials/items receipt by generating SRVs and dispatch same with suppliers’ invoice(s) to Finance department accordingly.
- Issue inventory in line with policies and procedures. Report items receipts without LPOs, Obsolete Materials Report, dead stock report, Materials Consumption report, OVP Delivery Report, Materials Expiry Report.
- Follow up ERP program/issues. Responsible for Spares, Consumables and Raw Materials stock count activities and ensure all variances (where existed) are resolved, documented in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics, or any other related fields
- Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage
- 4-6 years’ experience in related roles
- Use of Microsoft Offices – Excel, Words, Navision etc
- Good communication skills – oral and written.
- Sound knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution
- Conversant with the countries’ major routes and road maps.

2). Printing Sectional Head
Location: Ogun
Job purpose
- This position oversees and supervises the printing department to meet goals by making sure that regular printing procedures run smoothly and that printing targets are implemented and met in the most effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of planned printing operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and conformity to the predetermined timeline.
- Manage the printing resources (people and equipment) to optimize the printing capacity and improve productivity.
- Organize the supply of materials and the printing processes (printing, screen printing, final assembly, etc.) to guarantee efficient and suitable daily operations in terms of capacity and quality
- Monitor the housekeeping of facilities in order to secure quality, increase efficiency, improve productivity and ensure healthy and safe working conditions.
- Designing and implementation of training programs for the department to secure diffusion of technical know-how within the plant.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Printing Technology, or any other related fields
- MBA will be an Advantage
- 10 years’ experience in related roles
- Use of Microsoft Offices – Excel, Words, Navision etc
- Good communication skills – oral and written.
- Planning and decision-making skills.
- General knowledge of Printing
- Minimum knowledge in Creative Arts
