Principal Accountabilities

  • Control Supply Chain budget.
  • Train and lead departments in continuous improvement efforts to reduce set up times, on time shipments and improved quality goals.
  • To ensure and maintain a stable industrial relations climate within the Supply Chain.
  • The job holder is a full and active member of the Management Committee. As such, from time to time, he/she may be required to undertake wide ranging tasks and duties that are not limited to the experience and exposure of Product Supply.

2). HR Business Partner

About the Role

  • On this position you will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services and support to Nigeria Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and Supply Chain teams based in Lagos.

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree
  • 6 – 10 years of maintenance and engineering experience (production, project, process, site, facilities) and project management at a manufacturing facility.
  • Lean or TPM experience in an FMCG environment
  • Exposure to high-risk operations such as plants operating and handling flammable & combustible materials in FMCG
  • Experience with MS Project is an added advantage
  • Knowledge and use of AutoCAD or equivalent.
