Job Responsibilities

• The Customer Care Specialist will be in charge of all customer relations activities.
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, while ability to speak French will be an added advantage.

Our ideal candidate:

• Applicant for this role must have 3 – 5 years working experience in the telecommunications industry, must relate well with co-workers and be a team player.
• The person must also have a good understanding of Nigeria’s market and must have experience in working in Nigeria and outside of the country.
