Job Description
- Call and Receive calls from Customers
- Follow up with Customers.
- Respond to and send e-mails
- Respond to Live Chat inquiries
- Update CRM Records
- Answer simple queries swiftly and politely
- Escalate issues when and where necessary
- Maintain stipulated Call center KPI.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / B.Eng in Engineering, IT, Arts or Sciences
- Below 30 years of Age.
Skills Required:
- Must be internet and social media savvy
- Must be proficient in the use of computer especially Google Docs and MS Office packages
- Must be very proficient in the use of spoken and written English language.
