DMS – Talent Management is a technology driven, service provider to organization of all sorts of organizations within and outside Nigeria. Our Talent Management arm, focuses majorly on sourcing and hiring talents for our various clients.

Title: Executive Secretary

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all board and committee meeting logistics, attend and record minutes of all board and committee meetings; facilitate board communications;
• First point of contact for company’s clients and business relationships.
• Maintain key corporate documents and records.
• Implementing the decisions of the board of directors.
• Attending and take minutes of directors’ and members’ meetings.
• Carry out and keep analyses of costs and other statistical information.
• Works alongside various Team Leads as delegated per time.
• Carry out specifically assigned HR tasks occasionally.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates must be a Graduate, preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
• “MUST” have completed NYSC.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word is mandatory, use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be and added advantage.
• Have strong skill in interpersonal relation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve stated goals.
• Being Tech Savvy will be an additional advantage
• A passion/experience in HR will be an added advantage
