Title: Customer Experience Officer

Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracking student experiences
- Maintaining record of all the organization’s customers.
- Timely creation and update of customer’s account on the CRM after each interaction
- Liaising with internal teams (such as counselling team) to ensure that gaps in the customer experience is bridged
- Regularly calling students to give updates; identify their needs or complaints and taking proactive steps to solve them
- Professionally responding to student queries in a timely and effective manner, via all platforms and recording of same on the database.
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
