Job Title: Office Director to the Board

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Candidates should be able to Assess and Manage Budgets.
  • He/Shedon’t need to be accountants, but they should feel comfortable around balance sheets and income statements
  • Managecontract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease;Manageoffice G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • processing invoices and managing officebudgets; implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems; organising induction programmes and Events.
  • Financial management – setting financial targets and ensuring business operations remain within budgets.
  • Working collaboratively across the business with the board of directors.
  • Developand execute the company’sbusiness strategiesin order to attain the goals of the board and Chairman
  • Provide strategic advice to the chairman.
  • Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion
  • Developing and executingbusiness strategiesto achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
  • Managing Director duties and responsibilities ·Developand execute the company’sbusiness strategiesin order to attain goals
  • Provide strategic advice to the board.
  • Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of performance and operationsmanagementto optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Director Duties:

  • Management Committee reports; Staff seating; Technical and Design Director oversight; Time card review; PTO requests. Qualifications for office director
  • preparingletters, presentations andreports; supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff; processing invoices and managing office budgets.
  • Submit timelyreportsand prepare presentations/proposals as assigned; Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Requirements and skills.
