Job Description
- Scanning of all purchasing invoices into PM7 for processing
- Posting of financial invoices and indirect purchases invoices in PM7
- Adhering at all times to CD Invoice Verification
- Support group shared service with regards to the annually AP self-assessment
- Ensuring a proper logical and complete filing system of all group supporting documentation is always maintained within the legal entity
- Ensure on time month end closing
- Ensuring the accuracy of the GL and cost centre allocations for all indirect service related invoices
- Support group with the external audit (annually) topics for AP
- Responsible for quarterly intercompany reconciliations of vendors with financial transactions
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor ’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting option or its equivalent
- ICT proficient (Computer literate)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a busy working environment

- Good negotiation skills, attention to details
- Ability to understand financial principals

- Ability to work under minimal supervision
