Responsibilities

• Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to effectively manage accounts and contribute to the organization’s profitability.
• Inventory management skills: Ability to oversee warehouse stocks, optimize inventory levels, and minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
• Customer service orientation: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Relationship management: Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with bankers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to secure favorable terms and maintain positive business relationships.
• Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales, contributing to the organization’s revenue growth.
