Job Description

• The Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations at the front desk of our group of companies, which includes a cleaning business, nylon manufacturing, and feedmill.
• The primary responsibilities include managing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments.
• The Front Desk Officer acts as the first point of contact for external parties and maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and operations.
• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
