We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Frontend Engineer (Intern)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary
- As a Frontend Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced developers and contribute to the development of our web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
- This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and valuable insights into the world of fintech and web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of user-facing features using ReactJS and NextJS. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to integrate user interface components with APIs and databases.
- Identify and fix bugs promptly. Write and execute tests to ensure the stability and performance of the application.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development. Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and code for future reference.
Requirements
- NYSC corp member or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with ReactJS and NextJS.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Frontend development frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
