Title: I.T Support Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and assembling computer networks and systems
- Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete.
- Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading corporate customer’s networks and in house servers.
- Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
- Ensure network security and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Set up user accounts, permissions and password
- Resolve problems reported by end user.
- Carries out other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification in Computer Science or has experience in related field.
