Tomato Jos is a private equity-backed, rapidly expanding social enterprise based in Kaduna, Nigeria, that believes in the potential of local production for local consumption. Our company hopes to supply 10% of Nigeria's processed tomato market during the next five years. We obtain tomatoes from smallholder farmers in our network and produce high-quality branded consumer products in Nigeria and West Africa. We operate a 500-hectare commercial farm, a successful smallholder programme with over 500 farmers, and a tomato processing facility.

Title: IT & Admin Intern (NYSC)

Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Provide support in scheduling appointments, and meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Assist in asset management, managing office supply inventory, and placing orders when necessary.
- Aid in the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex problems to the IT team as needed.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees, including resolving user inquiries and problems.
- Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Currently serving in Kaduna State with >8 months yet to complete NYSC.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
