Title: Project Executive – Client Management & Budgeting

Job Description

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client needs and expectations by effectively translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep clients informed of project progress through regular status updates and meetings.
  • Gather and document client feedback to ensure project deliverables align with their goals.

Budgeting and Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets that are comprehensive, realistic, and adhere to client-approved costs.
  • Monitor project costs against the budget and identify areas for potential cost savings.
  • Proactively communicate any budget deviations to the client and team, and work collaboratively to develop solutions if needed.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize project execution and team workload.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure project success.
  • Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Experience managing client relationships within a project environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in project budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is an added plus and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
