Job Description

  • Wema Bank is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing support to various departments within the organization.
  • This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
  •  Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Assist with researching and compiling information for reports and presentations
  •  Communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  •  Help with organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  •  Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  •  Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:  

  • Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills – Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  High school diploma or equivalent
  •  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
