Title: Training/Admin Officer

Job Summary
- The role will be responsible for supporting our training function.
- You will be responsible for coordinating employees and management training programs.
- He will also be responsible for all administrative duties in the training school.
Responsibilities
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
- Ensure cleanliness of the Training Academy, Classes, restrooms and environment
- Ensure proper maintenance culture for the Training Academy facilities in collaboration of the Maintenance department
- Carry other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Development, Human Relations, Administration or any related field
- Proven experience as an Admin/Training Officer
- Sound interest in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving resolution skills and a team focus.
- Ability to effectively coordinate training activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Salary Offer
- N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
