1). Project Engineer
Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- A Project Engineer is a professional who is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects.
- Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- To be in charge of the day to day running of the site in liaison with the Head of Engineering.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phase and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from contractors.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Scheduling Projects by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Oversees all materials at the site, including documentation of materials coming to site and usage, quality and quantity of materials being received by the site is in the best of standards.
- Prepare and sends daily site report (work progress, materials, personnel and equipment)
- Involved in Evaluation and Valuation of completed work for the purpose of raising payment Certificate.
- As may be directed, can represent the company in Project Meetings concerning the site of your posting.
- Maintain company reputation by complying with Federal and State regulations.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a certified member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
- Minimum of 15 years work experience
- Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills

2). Land Surveyor
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and field surveyor whowill play a crucial role in calculating land boundaries in various locations and generating accurate maps and reports of survey results.
- This position requires experience handling of engineering instruments and proficiency in GPS and GIS systems to produce exact measurements and determine property boundaries, provide data relevant to shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of a land.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
- Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
- Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and clients concerned with projects.
- Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas.

3). QA/QC Engineer

Job Description
- We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- As QAQC engineer your functions shall include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
- The QAQC engineer shall perform an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we’d like to meet you.
- Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
- Ensure the establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling and testing of works and other QA/QC requirements.
- Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials through regular and rigid laboratory tests.
- Ensure specific quality standards are constantly met at all levels of construction projects.
- In consultation with the project staff, review technical specifications and recommend standard construction specifications for all items of works for their effective use in projects’ works.
- Review all standard test forms to be used during laboratory tests, QA testing schedules and procedures and evaluate results as appropriate.
- Review contractor practices and conventional methodologies and make recommendations where remedial action is required.
- Work with project engineers and design consultants for establishing procedures with time limits for the inspection, sampling and testing of works and all other QA/QC requirements.
- Conduct initial survey queries on sources to materials, ensuring quality and quantity is of economic value to the project.

- Certified and/or registered quality assurance auditor/assessor or other equivalent registrations
- Experience writing and implementing QA Management Systems for engineering programs
- Able to manage staff for QA implementation and assure full compliance with extensive QA/QC processes
- Prior experience of working on roads and bridges projects as a QA/QC Engineer is highly preferred
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, Quality Management Plan in line with legislation, certification, contract requirements and parent company governance.
