Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
  • Keeping customer record, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and request
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Must have 1-2 years experience in a financial institution
  • Good communication, Written and verbal skills
  • Proximity is the key
