1). Sales Graduate Trainee
Location: Lagos

Job Outline
- To learn and understand the practices of the Mantrac Sales business (Power Systems, Machines and Product Support Sales)
- To participate in a 3-month training program incorporating classroom-based technical training and “on-the-job” training.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Upon completion of this program, the trainee will be able to accomplish the following:
- Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
- Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.
- Aggressively promote the company’s products within the catchment area and win more prospects therefrom.
- Provide product related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.
- Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
- Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
- Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
Person Specification

2). Service Administrator

Job Outline
- To effectively maintain proper and accurate administrative and accounting records for Service Department Jobs – both shops and contracts of field service depending on cost centres and locations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create Service quotes for customers.
- Create Job folders for all jobs opened.
- Post, Order, and Print Caterpillar Parts requirements to Jobs daily.
- Post daily labour hours to jobs.
- Post all sundry purchases into jobs i.e. Local purchases, Fuel/Lubricants, Store requisitions and Motor Spare Parts requisitions as applicable.
- Invoice all completed Jobs by the Service Department to respective Customers’ Accounts.
- Monitor and document WIP Accounts and Vouchers.
- Compile Service Department Staff overtime and call duties.
- Analyse Service Department earnings by Cost Centres as applicable.
- Prepare respective cost Centre’s monthly invoiced jobs summary reports and aged jobs analysis.
- Monitor usage of stationery and all security documents by Service department personnel.
Person Specification
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or its equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
- Candidate must be prepared to work anywhere and be open to relocation according to the needs of the business.
