Job Summary

  • We are seeking ahighlyskilled Program & Client Services Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the training program for the organization.
  • This position involves working closely with the production team, understanding client briefs, and leading production to deliver in line with client expectations.

Responsibilities
Training Program Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of the training program curriculum.
  • Collaborate with instructors and trainers to ensure program content meets industry standards.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their training needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on program delivery.

Production Coordination:

  • Work closely with the production team to understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Lead production efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for training content and delivery.
  • Gather feedback from clients and participants to continuously improve program quality.

Resource Management:

  • Manage resources, including trainers, facilities, and equipment, to optimize training delivery.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address resource needs.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the training program budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in program management and client services, preferably in the education, media, or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of live production and the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
