Responsibilities
- Attending to walk-in customers
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Reminding the executive of important tasks & deadlines
- Creating/editing documents
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Previous work experience in this job role or a similar one
- Female
- 25 – 35 years old
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment (Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, etc.)
Remuneration
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
