Job Description
- Provide adequate, timely, and accurate financial information to management.
- Ensuring all postings to the software are timely and correct.
- Preparing weekly reports and accounts & supervision of reports of salesperson.
- Daily bank reconciliations and reports.
- Follow up accounts of credit customers and reconciliation of their payments.
- Manage and monitor expenses of salesperson.
- Manage fixed assets of the business.
- Carrying monthly stock counts at the shops and store.
- Supervision and management of storekeeper records.
- Give timely updates on stock ordering and daily updating of stock records.
- Verification of competitive selling prices.
- Ensuring successful dispatch of goods to online customers.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
- Other accounting and administrative functions as communicated from time to time.
- Maturity and ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Must possess confidentiality skill
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must be: Smart, intelligent, dedicated
- An OND graduate of Accounting or a business related course.
- Proficiency in Excel /Quickbooks accounting application & with the ability to maintain financial systems.
- Applicants should reside within Okota-Isolo and it’s environs
Salary Range
- N70,000 – N80,000 per month.
