Responsibilities
- Maintain broad knowledge of the company’s products, services and promotions.
- Maintain documentation of customer’s inquiries and responses for future reference.
- Answer any questions customer may have about available products and services in a timely manners.
- Listen to customer’s concerns and complaints with the goal of resolving them.
- Select appropriate responses to customers’ queries and work quickly to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Anticipate customers’ needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services.
