Title: Financial Operations Analyst
Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyse financial data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Conduct industry and competitor analyses to understand market dynamics.
- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Assist in pricing strategies development and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and provide financial guidance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and financial best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the company’s financial performance.
Requirements, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other Financial Management related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- MUST have completed NYSC
- Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and team objectivesBe able to think out of the box.
