Job Description

• We are looking for Operator Account Manager, who would work alongside the operating department to ensure that smooth and cordial relationship between the customers and the company, a goal oriented team player who would actively engage and monitor the trends of the market to ensure satisfied customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between operator or enterprise customer and company
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• achieve the order revenue target and collection target from operator or enterprise customer
• Developing a complete understanding of operator and needs
• Managing communications between operator and internal teams
• improve the sell-out of the operator business.
• arrange training for operator sales staff improve the sell product
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree or Master in Administration or other related field
• 5 – 7 Years Experience in a similar role
• Excellent office software skills.
• Good data analyst and processing capabilities.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Can focus on result and close tasks timely
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
