Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and solving their problems
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
  • Preparing vouchers
  • Recording and maintaining office expenses
  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Assisting the HR team with recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
  • Performing other administrative duties like typing, proofreading, and transcription.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and resourceful.
