1). Risk Decision Scientist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Oversee and deploy ML pipelines, from development to production.
- Administer CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests succeed and artifacts are properly stored.
- Monitor model performance metrics and set up alert systems for anomalies.
- Develop credit, fraud scoring and other predictive models.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Document processes, and share knowledge and expertise.
- Manage project planning, execution, and progress tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management.
- Experience with Docker and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
- Ability to effectively use monitoring tools and establish responsive alert systems.
- Robust documentation skills to clearly record processes and optimizations.
- Familiarity with SageMaker and other AWS services would be a significant advantage.

2). Compliance Manager
Location: Lagos

Description
- Provide sound advice on compliance matters as well as its various business units and departments.
- Review internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
- Drive awareness and compliance with regulatory and statutory directives and requirements.
- Liaise and engage regulatory bodies/authorities on Renmoney’s behalf.
- Keep abreast of, monitor and analyze regulatory trends and changes in regulatory directives, rules and regulations.
- Assist the Chief Legal Officer with any other duties or projects as required.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Managerial position/role.
- Compliance experience in a CBN regulated entity.
- Masters’ degree will be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
