About the Role

  • The Client /Shareholder Relationship Manager is responsible for building the CMB business by retaining clients, managing shareholders and their associations as well as upselling and cross-selling new products to them.
  • He / she must maintain relationships with current clients, build and maintain relationships with new clients, expand relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow assigned client accounts.
  • He / She must proactively communicate Business opportunities during network and external sessions to support the value chain and objectives of AP.

Responsibilities

  • Sells Capital Market products through sales calls and sales presentations to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer needs, and evaluating sales potential.
  • Establishes, maintains, and coordinates an effective partnership with the clients, shareholder collaboration.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Shareholders and the company to ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
  • Evaluates client and shareholder needs and identifies the proper resources to accomplish the goal.
  • Responsible for growing sales revenue
  • Responsible for growing targeted markets.
  • Prompt invoicing and engagement of clients towards managing outstanding receivables and preventing receivables from accumulating.
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the CMB growth plan.
  • Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Partnership with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue collection.
  • Execution of Corporate Action, periodic reporting, and reconciliation requests of assigned client portfolio.
  • Ensuring all reports are accurately done and forwarded to client within TAT
  • Actively responsible for Clients periodic reporting
  • Responsible for client regulatory reporting
  • Responsible for communicating clients insights and analytics from trade data and market news
  • Responsible for closing sales and utilizing cross-functional assistance as needed, i.e., Consulting, Marketing and Proposal Services, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Superior prospecting skills
  • Ability to work quickly, manage large deal volume, and thrive in a very fast paced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of business solutions and applications
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications of importance to the global markets.
  • Relationship skills
  • Goal driven and highly motivated.

Qualifications

  • BSc. in any related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales, and marketing, pipeline and leads generation
  • Having experience in Capital Market will be an advantage.
