Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets, overseeing invoicing processes, ensuring timely issuance of invoices, and reconciling client invoices.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  • Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring all invoices are issued accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile client invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in Invoicing
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary

  • N200,000 / month.
