Title: Customer Service Representative – Real Estate (Female)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients inquiring about real estate properties, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients, presenting available properties and promoting real estate services.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to schedule property inspections and facilitate the buying or renting process for clients.
• Conduct property inspections when required, ensuring thorough knowledge of the features and specifications of listed properties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and property details in the CRM system.
• Assist in coordinating open houses and property showings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for prospective buyers or renters.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and address any post-inspection inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional materials and campaigns.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma; additional qualifications in real estate or customer service is a plus.
• Female candidate residing on Victoria Island, Lagos
• Proven experience in customer service and telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct property inspections and provide detailed property information.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license for property inspections.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.

Salary

• N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
