Job Description

  • The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office.
  • As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable while in our office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk area tidy and supplied with all the necessary items like stationaries.
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests.
  • Manage and maintain the flow of external correspondences.
  • Prepare and share minutes of operational meetings when due.
  • Liaise closely with Brand Development Executive.
  • Monitor and create contents for our social media pages.
  • Monitor and manage the stock of office supplies.
  • Place supply orders when necessary.
  • Monitor and log office expenses and costs.
  • Assist with Human Resource activities, which includes filing, team bonding, birthday celebrations, and so on.
  • Any other tasks assigned to you by your line Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • OND / HND in Office Administration or other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Front Desk Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic record keeping.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric.
