Title: In-store Sales Representative
Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Drive instore sales and online sales of company products.
- Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
- Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Process customer orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Offer a solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
- Encourage referrals from customers
- Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc/HND in a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as a sales representative in a fashion business
- Experience in Customer service is desirable
- Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
- Must be proficient with internet and social media
- Candidate must live close to the job location: Magodo Shangisha, Lagos.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
