TruPurpose Job Shop Limited – Our client, a Retail Supermarket, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Title: Supermarket Manager

Location: Bodija – Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory management/monitoring, staff recruitment/training, budgeting, enforcing safety policies, & loss prevention/control
• Stock taking, staff management, merchandise procurement
• Analyzing sales performance & increasing sales (in-store/online), promoting the Internet presence of the supermarket.
• Applicants MUST stay around Bodija.

Requirements

• A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 – 5 years work experience in this role or a similar one in a Retail Supermarket
• Female/Male
• 40 – 50 years old
• Exceptional leadership skills & qualities
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, procurement, marketing & promoting brand image
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service to customers
• Experience in managing a Bakery/Restaurant is an advantage

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly or more (depending on work experience level).
