Title: Head of Customer Service
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- The Head of Customer Service will responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience with the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software.
Salary
- N250,000 Monthly.
